Privacy Policy

Who we are

Reflexsion is a product of PromptMe.ai, built by Kevin L. Hampton. Our registered trademark is PROMPTME.AI (Serial No. 99375983). This privacy policy covers the Reflexsion Vision Board app and its supporting services.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the app and improve your experience. Here is exactly what that means:

• Your account information — email address and name, used to identify you and personalize your experience. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Check-in and check-out numbers — your 1–10 daily number. Used to route your voice and track your streak. Never shared.
• Your AE and AI voice names — what you call your past and future self. Stored in your profile. Used only to personalize your experience.
• Board images — the images you place on your Reflexsion. Stored in our secure image storage. Never analyzed for advertising.
• Reflection responses — what the AI says back to you about your images. Stored so your board remembers your journey.
• Chat messages — your conversations with the voice in the room. Used to generate AI responses. Stored based on your Co-op Bakery consent level.
• Assessment results — only if you choose to take one. Used to calibrate your reflection depth and voice routing.
• Session streaks — how many days in a row you have shown up. Used to show you your own progress.
• Personality signals — patterns we notice in how you use the app over time. Stored anonymously and used only to improve your personal experience. Never personally identifiable in our research pool.

Co-op Bakery — your consent controls everything

When you first use Reflexsion, you choose your consent level through Co-op Bakery. Your choice controls exactly what we store and for how long.

• "On a diet, so no cookies, understood" — session data only. Nothing stored beyond what is required to run your session. You are anonymous.
• "Single serving is appreciated" — session data stored for 24 hours, then cleared. No long-term profile built.
• "Half dozen is the mission" — standard storage. Your history, streak, and personality signals are stored and used to personalize your experience.
• "Baker's dozen would be awesome" — everything in Half Dozen, plus anonymous contribution to the PromptMe.ai research pool. Helps us understand how neurodivergent brains use the product. Never personally identifiable.

You can change your consent level at any time in Settings → My Data → Co-op Bakery. Downgrading your consent triggers immediate deletion of data in the categories you no longer consent to.

How we store your data

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with row-level security — meaning you can only ever see your own data, and no other user can access yours.

Images are stored in a secure Supabase storage bucket. AI conversations pass through our edge function — your API key is never exposed on the client side.

AI and third-party services

Reflexsion uses AI to power chat and reflections. Your messages are sent to our AI provider (currently xAI) to generate responses. We do not share your name, email, or account details with AI providers — only the content of the conversation and the voice context needed to respond.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• xAI (Grok) — AI chat and future image/video generation
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Vercel — hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers who take data security seriously.

Children's privacy

Reflexsion is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@promptme.ai and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Change your consent level at any time
• Opt out of the anonymous research pool at any time

To exercise any of these rights, go to Settings → My Data, or contact us at privacy@promptme.ai.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → My Data → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. We do not retain your data after deletion except where required by law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you inside the app before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most current version.
